Leadwith License Agreement & Terms of Purchase

By completing a purchase on leadwithtraining.com, the purchasing organization (“you” or “Customer”) agrees to be bound by the following terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. Definitions

“Leadwith” refers to Vetta Holdings AB dba Leadwith, a company registered in Sweden.

“Materials” refers to the facilitation kits, slide decks, facilitator guides, participant handouts, and any other content included in your purchase.

“Organization” means the single legal entity named at the time of purchase.

“Authorized User” means any employee or contractor engaged directly by the purchasing Organization.

2. License Grant

Leadwith grants the Customer a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials within the purchasing Organization, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

This license is issued to the Organization, not to an individual. There are no renewal fees.

3. Permitted Uses

Under this license, the Customer may:

  • Deliver the training to any number of employees, managers, or teams within the Organization, as many times as needed, across any number of departments, locations, or cohorts.
  • Authorize any Authorized User to facilitate or administer the training on behalf of the Organization.
  • Modify and adapt the Materials to fit the Organization’s culture, branding, or operational needs.
  • Retain and continue to use the Materials for the life of the Organization.

4. Restrictions

The Customer may not:

  • Transfer or extend the license to another organization.
  • Distribute the Materials — in original or modified form — to individuals or organizations outside the Customer’s Organization.
  • Use the Materials to deliver training externally as a consultant, contractor, or vendor to client organizations. Independent consultants and training agencies require a separate commercial license. Contact support@leadwithtraining.com to discuss.
  • Share, sell, sublicense, or transfer the license to any third party.
  • Use the Materials to develop a competing facilitation product, training toolkit, course, or any other content for distribution or sale.

5. When an Employee Leaves

The license remains with the purchasing Organization. Employees or contractors who leave do not retain rights to use the Materials at another organization. If a former employee wishes to use the Materials at a new organization, that organization must purchase its own license. We offer a referral reward, contact support@leadwithtraining.com.

6. Intellectual Property

The Materials, including all underlying content, frameworks, and methodology, remain the intellectual property of Leadwith. Modifications and adaptations created by the Customer are owned by the Customer but may only be used internally under the terms of this license. Leadwith retains all rights to its original content embedded in those adaptations.

7. Delivery

Delivery of the Materials is fulfilled digitally upon successful completion of payment. Download links will be sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately upon payment confirmation.

If you experience a failed or incomplete download, contact support@leadwithtraining.com and we will arrange re-delivery at no charge. Leadwith is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or technical issues on the Customer’s side.

8. Cancellation and Returns

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are purchasing on behalf of a business or organization.
  • Delivery of the digital Materials begins immediately upon purchase.
  • You acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content has been delivered and accessed.

No refunds are issued after purchase except in the case of a delivery error on Leadwith’s part (see Section 7). Customers are encouraged to review all available product information, including sample content, before purchasing.

9. Warranty

Leadwith warrants that the Materials will be delivered as described at the time of purchase and that any file defects or incomplete deliveries will be remedied promptly upon notification.

Beyond the above, the Materials are provided “as is.” Leadwith does not warrant that the Materials will meet every organizational requirement or guarantee specific training outcomes. The Customer is responsible for assessing the suitability of the Materials before purchase.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Swedish law, Leadwith’s total liability to the Customer under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Materials giving rise to the claim.

Leadwith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Materials.

11. Data and Privacy

Leadwith processes personal data (including purchase and contact information) in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy at leadwithtraining.com/privacy.

12. Termination

This license remains in effect unless terminated. It will terminate automatically and without notice if the Customer breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Customer must immediately cease all use of the Materials and delete all copies in its possession.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution process.

14. Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, the Customer confirms that it has read and understood this Agreement, that it has had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice, and that it agrees to be bound by these terms. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes any prior communications or representations.
